Packaging & Shipping
Shipping Information:
1. Small orders (≤ 100 units each item) from North Americaitem customers can be filled by our USA warehouse directly. FREE standard shipping for USA lower 48 states address (3-5 business days).
2. Big orders (> 100 units each item) will be shipped from our manufactuer in China. The shipping time may variety.
Packing Information:
1. Pack each product with PVC bag or poly bubble bag;
2. Put each pag into a paper board box;
3. Range each box into outer carton which should meet or exceed the standard of export packing;
4. Additional packing service due to customer's request.

Products Warranty:
One year waranty for all the products. Warranty is for the purchased products only, does not cover shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees.
Return & Refund:
If you are unhappy with the item for reasonable reason then return it within 15 days, unused and in as new packaging, we will refund the full purchase price and the cost of the return postage.
If you change your mind or made the purchase in error then returns must be made within 15 days and the item must be unused and in as new packaging, and the return postage is at your cost.
